Abq Latin

The First Annual NMJCL Convention will be held at the Albuquerque Academy campus (6400 Wyoming Blvd. NE) on Saturday, February 13 from 9:00 to 4:00. All Latin students from 6th to 12th grades are invited to attend. The fee for attending is $10, but for registration before January 15 the fee is decreased to $5 per head.

The attached Convention Packet contains further information and materials for registering and preparing for the convention. It also lists all the exciting competitions we have planned for this year, which will be supplemented with fun, non-competitive activities. We will also host a potluck Roman banquet for lunch—please bring a Roman-style dish to share. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies we need to know about, please contact us.

We will also be providing information to encourage people to become more involved in the Latin community.....
